One thing you will really like about this search engine is that you can put in all the criteria you want to find your dream home. You can do this by putting in the basic criteria, then scrolling down a little and using the Advanced Search button. Adding criteria will reduce the amount of homes that are found, but they will be highly targeted and have everything you want. Nice! Because of the comprehensive nature of the search engine, it will default to showing all homes. This means homes under contract and homes that are sold as well. Just go into the advanced search area, locate {status} and change it to show only {active} homes. This will give the homes that are now for sale. Be sure to use the additional information that is available to you. Great features like aerial view, price history, nearby comparable sales, housing statistics, neighborhood demographics, school and education, environment and even quality of life information. There is also a mortgage calculator at the bottom of each page so you can get an estimate of what your monthly payment would be. You should also build a personal portfolio of the homes you have viewed so you can keep track of them. Anytime you have a question about something, just click on the request more information button and send me an email. There is some default text in that box but you can just clear it out and type in your own question. One thing I want you to know is this. I will not be adding you to a mailing list; I won't be bugging you and trying to call you or any of that. In fact, you won't hear from me at all until you are ready.
